Even after losing to Duke 68-63 on Feb. 21, No. 1 Michigan is still favored. However, No. 2 Arizona isn't far behind. Like the Wolverines, the Wildcats are 25-2, having dropped games on Feb. 9 and 14 to Kansas and Texas Tech, respectively. They lost those contests by a combined total of seven points. Steady Rising: A couple squads whose odds have moved up are Duke and Illinois. The Blue Devils shifted to +450 from +700 after upsetting Michigan. On the other hand, No. 10 Illinois found itself on the receiving end of an upset, losing to unranked UCLA in overtime on Feb. 21. But the Fighting Illini still moved up to +1100 from +1400. Keaton Wagler is the leading scorer (18.2), assists leader (4.3) and the leader in steals (0.9) for the Illini. Duke is led by forward Cameron Boozer, the 6-foot-9 freshman who's the clear favorite to win the John Wooden Award.
