The team ranks first in point differential at 11.7. The Thunder also rank fourth in scoring, averaging 119.5 ppg (tied with Minnesota). Like OKC, Detroit is another squad leading the league. The Pistons have the second-best record at 42-14, are leading the NBA in blocks (6.3), sit second in point differential (7.8) and are fourth in defense (allowing opponents 109.4 ppg). Immediate Contenders: Second on this board is Denver. The Nuggets have the best offense in the league (120.8 points per game) and the second-best field-goal percentage (49.5%). How impressive is that? Well, Nikola Jokić has missed 16 games this year and the Nuggets went 10-6 in that span. And seven of those wins came on the road. Denver and OKC played for the first time on Feb. 1, with the Thunder winning by 10 on the road. Third on the board is San Antonio. The Spurs are led by Victor Wembanyama, who's averaging 24.2 points, 11.3 boards and 2.8 blocks per game. San Antonio has surged up to +1100 from +1600 over the last week.
