Liverpool are eyeing up a move for PSG teenager Ibrahim Mbaye, talkSPORT understands.
The Reds are in the market for a new winger in the summer transfer window following Trabzonspor-bound Mohamed Salah’s exit earlier in the year.
Andoni Iraola’s men have already signed Victor Munoz to strengthen the left flank, and are eyeing up a bumper move for Bradley Barcola.
And Barcola isn’t the only PSG star that the Merseyside giants are courting.
Mbaye has emerged as a potential target for Liverpool as they seek to strengthen their right flank.
The 18-year-old started ten league matches for Luis Enrique’s men as PSG secured Ligue 1 glory once again.
Mbaye, who is also able to play on the left flank, scored three goals and provided two assists in France’s top tier.
The forward was also part of the Senegal squad for the 2026 World Cup, and struck what proved to be a late consolation in their eventual 3-1 loss to semi-finalists France.
PSG are reluctant to lose Mbaye, but may be forced to cash in on the talented teenager, who is contracted to the Parisian powerhouse until 2028.
Mbaye has been on the PSG books since 2018, when he joined from Versailles.
Where has Mohamed Salah gone?
Having announced he’ll call time on a legendary nine-year spell at Liverpool back in March, Salah has only recently confirmed his next club.
A lucrative summer switch to Saudi Arabia was expected for the Egypt star, though a move to the Middle East failed to materialise.

And having rebuffed Besiktas’ offer, Salah has instead signed for fellow Turkish Super Lig side Trabzonspor.
“Negotiations have begun regarding the transfer of professional footballer Mohamed Salah to our club,” a club statement read on Tuesday.
Trabzonspor finished the 2025/26 Super Lig season in third place, eight points behind eventual champions Galatasaray.
And a move to Papara Park will see Salah link up with former Premier League stars Andre Onana and Paul Onuachu.
Onana spent last season on loan with Trabzonspor, and re-joined the Turkish for the 2026/27 campaign at the start of July.
