Blues place Nathan Walker on IR with upper-body injury, out at least eight weeks
The St. Louis Blues will be shorthanded for the next little while.
Winger Nathan Walker has been placed on the injured reserve with an upper-body injury, and he will be re-evaluated in eight weeks, the team announced Tuesday.
Walker, in his seventh season with the Blues, has tallied three goals and six assists across 25 games this campaign. He’s averaging 12:38 of ice time, the second-highest of his career.
The 31-year-old has totalled 31 goals and 34 assists in 254 career games. Walker is set to hit unrestricted free agency in 2026.
The Blues sit seventh in the Central Division at 9-11-7.
