2026 Solheim Cup Standings as season draws closer

The 2026 LPGA Tour season will begin this week with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions and when it is all said and done there will be a heavy battle that takes place between the United States and Europe by way of the Solheim Cup.

How we get there matters greatly though as some players will earn spots through all sorts of manners. With the season about to kick off it is important to understand where things stand.

United States Team Points Standings

At present time the two Rolex Rankings qualifiers for the Americans are Lauren Coughlin and Megan Khang with the next two being Lilia Vu and Allisen Corpus. Of the 15 listed here though only four are in the field for this week’s season-starting even t(Coughlin, Korda, Kupcho, and Noh).

All told there will be 7 United States players, the top two from the Rolex Rankings not already eligible, and then 3 captain’s picks.

European Team Points Standings

Right now the Rolex Rankings qualifiers are Charley Hull, Lottie Woad, Maja Stark, Celine Boutier, Linn Grant, and Esther Henseleit. The next two would be Carlota Ciganda and Madelene Sagstrom.

This week will see Hull, Stark, and Woad in the field as far as the 15 listed.

On the European side the team will comprise the top two players in the points standings, the top six players in the Rolex Rankings not already eligible, and then four captain’s picks.
