LeBron James is still getting used to life as a member of the Philadelphia 76ers, but Kevin Hart is making sure he learns one of the city’s most important traditions before the season begins. The Philadelphia native and comedian joined James on the golf course Wednesday, where he gave the four-time NBA champion a crash course in Philadelphia slang following his blockbuster move to the 76ers. He posted the lesson to his social media accounts.

Hart launched into a string of classic Philly phrases, telling James, “Yo, at the end of the day, stop drawin’ the jawn. She gonna do what the f*** she wanna do… Do you, you know what I mean?” before continuing with several more expressions unique to the city.
James quickly recognized what Hart was doing.
“You back on your Philly lingo?” James asked.
Hart didn’t stop there, continuing the lesson before James joined in with one of Philadelphia’s most recognizable terms.
“Young bull,” James said, drawing Hart’s approval before the comedian wrapped up the exchange by telling him, “At the end of the day… do what you gonna do, boy. Just don’t draw a C on Broad Street.”
The lighthearted moment comes just days after James officially agreed to join the 76ers in one of the biggest moves in recent NBA history. The future Hall of Famer signed a two-year, $106 million contract with Philadelphia after reaching a buyout agreement with the Los Angeles Lakers, immediately transforming the 76ers into one of the favorites to compete for an NBA championship.
