After the excitement of the weekend’s World Cup quarter-finals, Scandinavian football takes centre stage on Sunday after returning from a break with five games each from the Norwegian Eliteserien and the Swedish Allsvenskan.

Bet of the day –Viking to beat Sarpsborg @ 3/4
Viking are flying at the top of the Norwegian Eliteserien and it’s hard to see them stopping as they travel to Sarpsborg on Sunday.
The table-toppers have won nine of their 10 league games, scoring a division-leading 29 goals in the process and they should be too strong for their hosts in this clash.
Sarpsborg are a solid mid-table outfit but they have lost five of their 11 league matches and have kept just one clean sheet in those games.
Viking have won five of their last six league games away from home and with their superior attacking abilities – they have scored 16 goals more than Sarpsborg – they can pick up the win.

Bodo/Glimt had a tricky start to the season but have bounced back with six wins from their last eight games as they attempt to catch Viking at the top of the Norwegian Eliteserien.
Manager Kjetil Knutsen has been linked with the Strasbourg job but remains in charge at the time of writing and can lead his side to an entertaining victory over KFUM on Sunday.
The home side are only three points above the relegation zone at present and have never beaten these opponents, losing the last three head-to-heads.
Five of Bodo/Glimt’s last six games have gone over 3.5 goals and this should be another to follow suit.
Knutsen’s men also lead the league with 7.18 corners per 90 minutes and this game is fancied to produce 12 or more.
Acca – Viking to beat Sarpsborg, Bodo/Glimt to beat KFUM, Malmo to beat Goteborg and Sirius to beat Brommapojkarna @ 27/4
Viking have won nine of their 10 league games this season and should extend that run against Sarpsborg, while Bodo/Glimt have the second-best away record in the Eliteserien and are fancied to consolidate that against strugglers KFUM.
Malmo have won two on the spin in Sweden and could add to that tally against a Goteborg side who are just one place above the drop zone.
Meanwhile, table-toppers Sirius have won nine of their 11 games and are the only unbeaten team left in Sweden’s Allsvenskan.
They can pick up a 10th victory against Brommapojkarna, who are 13 points adrift of the league leaders after 11 games.
